Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For returning a product, please contact us within 30 days from the day that you received your order. You will then have additional 15 days to have the product returned to us from the moment of its approval.

We will accept a return as long as all merchandise is in the original packaging and received back in the condition in which it shipped, the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt and returned at your expense. In the case of a defective product, we will either ship a replacement or provide you with full credit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RMA number must be assigned and we request tracking information in advance.

Refund for the order will be upon receipt of the item and not before.

The return policy does not apply to clearance items, special orders, custom orders.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@fyxium.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer’s responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, clearance items, special orders, custom orders.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
